Bae is a terrible leader of council, Ame filled that role whenever she can, fauna has to step up from time to time when ame's not available, fauna can do it, but her mental wouldn't last long (see council vs ender)
Perhaps Shiori was chosen as advent's leader as she has the most experience in the industry, but she's selfish so everyone else walk their own way. Nerissa love other member but she doesn't seem competent enough
Liz can be a leader, but her opposition to idol value mean she'll drag others down with her. Therefore, others try to keep a distance from her cuz they fear their growth will hurt
