They WISH it were that "easy" and just being a female who games would guarantee you thousands of dollars, but it's not the reality either. You still need some other intangible qualities as well (it feels wrong to just call it "talent", because some of the supposed "top" vtubers I don't find very entertaining, compared to some indies I watch, and it's pointless to get into a discussion about who "deserves it more" and why, but yeah, just being a gurl itself isn't the whole ticket either)
