If I wanted 3D I'd watch actual people. But I don't, because I'm not interested in that. The simple system that Hololive and Nijisanji use is full of heart and has a lot of charm, and I don't see any reason to fix what isn't broken. It's the same situation as with old cel anime, it's simply more natural and better than new anime.
You just need to accept these simple facts or go find a new hobby. I don't even want 3D models and haven't even watched HoloEN's anniversary vid with walfie models because I never understood or cared about 3D. It's just some weird gimmick that for inexplicable reasons seems to utterly enchant Americans. It's utterly unnecessary and superfluous. It's contrary to the spirit of vtubing.
