Every time I ordered Burgers at "real" restaurants I ended up with something where the priorities were more on aesthetics than to make something tasty or satiating.
The worst is when then put the whole thing on a stick. Like isn't that just pathetic? You're a professional cook and you can't make a burger than doesn't need external structural support to not fall apart?
Homemade burgers however are still magnitudes tastier than fast-food burgers if you know what you're doing.
Also fuck you pickles are amazing.
