>>101018428This is sadly way too common.
It's the same sort of reality that slaps people in the face when they want to do some work, like say, I dunno, making games.
>wow games are so much fun I want to make games>what do you mean I have to sit staring at code for several months slaving away?>what do you mean I need to use Maya wtf is that isn't that a people?Streaming with any care to catering to a community, actively being involved with them, showcasing their art, making multiple media projects be it music, videos, etc. shit ain't easy.
It's why asking people with help is ideal.
The issue there is "help", some people see this as favoritism if they ask for people in the community, some don't care, some keep it secret, some people are so selfless they'd help their chuuba without any care for credit, special treatment, etc.
Some would prefer if that person used an alt account for any official streaming related business stuff, like a manager account, clipping account, mod account or whatever else, and ideally not posting on it outside of business stuff.
Of course, you could always try your luck in trying to pay people for this online, but that comes with a cost sink and a risk that someone is a fucking weirdo trying to take advantage of you, or worse, funneling your efforts elsewhere without your knowledge.
Despite the stigma, sometimes it is better going to a fan who has dedicated themselves to you and the community with the opportunity and see where it goes. Like helping with an animation, or music, or maybe programming some stuff for a stream idea, just be sure to verify the latter with a 3rd party as that's actual code that could do damage in the wrong hands.
Nothing needs to come of it if they don't feel it, nothing needs to change after it if they turn it down because it is a big ask, people have their lives too.
The most important thing I see people suffer with is they don't schedule their time appropriately, regardless of it being streaming or anything else around it. They do things more free-form and haphazard and it causes stress.
Worse, they don't take careful attention to actually doing the off-stream stuff properly, they'll doodle around with shit, play around too much, fuck around too much with ideas they know won't go anywhere, just as some sort of distraction almost.
There's a time and place for experiments and scheduling that is more ideal than it is letting it get in the way of you doing Actual Work.
