With regloss it seems they were not intended to be originally but they seem to have quickly backed down when the gen had notably lower traction/reception than 6th. Flowglow is pretty fucntionally Holo equivalent it would appear. Nowadays it seems the pitch is dev_is are for girls who want to do idol activities?
They debuted a bit over half a year ago I think so nah I would not expect anything new unless Cover really does consider them independent and trained up a real Holo gen7 while also getting two dev_is batches out. But that seems unlikely from their comments about ramping new hires down.
