I was a little mean but its all factual, she lets her adhd command her life instead of fighting against it using known methods that work well, avoiding any task she gives herself until she has a panic attack over it, or never does it at all
adhd types dont do well unless they hold to a strict schedule, it rots their brain with how distraction easy life is today, and her schedule is nonexistent
I know this as I have it and did nothing for most of my teens and early 20s until I started doing the schedule trick recently, pomodoro schedule saved my life
