The money and mutuality parts are important. Asians, especially the sort of soulless people who work at Anycolor, might not know this, but you need consideration for contracts to be reasonably enforceable in the USA. And mutual ndas and non-disclosures are much more fair and more likely to be enforced by a judge. Also the scope has to be limited.
