Obviously they won't restore any of her content, but they are fully capable of doing so. Unwilling does not mean unable.
They're probably trying to figure out a way to officially and formally fire her which does not violate Japan's whistleblower protection laws.... or they're intentionally doing something they know to be mind-bogglingly stupid, I can't really tell with those fuckers. I mean obviously they'll do something incredibly stupid, but what remains to be seen is if they do the stupid thing on purpose.
