Probably still a certain percentage of body fat, hard to get rid of it all, especially with her diet. Add in some water weight, and the rest is muscle.
Estimating ~10-18 kg of muscle, honed over long time, of course she's able to do a kip up much easier at 45kg than an Anon twice her weight, I feel.
