The first two gens were just grabbing what girls seemed somewhat popular and or was already in japan for a quick cashgrab. Half the first two gens because of covid thought their job was just going to be doing anime girl streams with maybe a couple covers and a concert once a year. Covid ends and cover expected all of them to move to japan or regularly come their to do a bunch of covers, dance practice, business meetings, sponsor contracts etc.
Half the girls who just wanted to be anime streamers got psyched out, Sana was the first since she definitely just thought it was gonna be a side gig. Then all the others overtime left besides the half that either enjoy all the work or just enjoy having a bunch of managers and people telling them what to do so they don't have to figure it out themselves.
Advent and onward they definitely made sure to make it clear to any future applicants what is expected of them to not end up in that 2 year miscommunication thing that happened to Myth and Council.
