Pretty an accumulation of who comes before her (the memes, the shock values, the crass behavior) with the wide distribution of the Internet to Western audience which is the Coof and her ability to understand/speak English (in GL and Code Geass's case, it was the golden era of fansub and anime distributed through the Internet.
Much like Code Geass and GL, once you've looked into the past, while a good content creator streamer, Coco isn't that special in the grand stream of things. Other chuuba have giving Q&A, advice and being humble before, it just didn't get clipped or happened offstream, unless you thought that before her, all other Holo are just isolated co-workers who didn't give a shit about others.
Serious and earnest talk had been a thing way before her talk with Aqua.
HoloHouse has been a thing since Gamebu era or even with how HoloID living together.
AsaCoco is basically a clip show and skit materials which already a thing with the Graffity shorts before that, only with her own brand of edgy humor appealing to Westerners ala drugs, prostitution instead of 4koma lol randumb stuff in Graffity.
Tl;dr: she isn't that special if you've been following Holo pre-gen3, just like how Code Geass or Gurren Lagann isn't special despite how Western weebs like to think they revolutionized mecha genre or some shit.
