(C) A court of competent jurisdiction orders its removal,

(E) Anycolor sells, gifts, transfers, relinquishes, or otherwise loses ownership of the Elira Pendora IP, whether to another company (Brave, Cover, Sony, etc.) or to Nova herself; and the new owner decides to take it down
And A and B are not guaranteed to permanently remove the black screen. They could "accidentally" forget to take it down when wiping her channel clean, or they could take it down but "accidentally" restore it later on (which will very likely happen if Nova and Doki have a public exchanging of olive branches). And if she were to get terminated specifically for exchanging olive branches, they could intentionally leave it up.
C, D, and E are the only ways the black screen gets taken down while the rest of her channel stays up.
