Plus (I know you don't mean this) it's not like they can't just replace the missing seats or will merge them into some ProMyth group seeing how Promise became a thing instead of just IRyS in Council. Especially in this sorta buisness were the "products" are the people and where the money is made is how much a fan cares (aside from ads and sponsors and all that)
So I assume they're probably just working on making sure they deal with all the losses, stabilize how opperate and be sure enough current EN members' contentment in Holo before jumping into something new
Guessing they just learned from whatever happened in the past during EN's earlier years when it exceeded expectations and grew past what they could handle. From a business standpoint I guess highering those who wouldn't stay was somewhat of a mistake they or anyone wants repeated
