A hololive member who notices that another member started to RP during a collaboration stream might follow up and RP together. The average western vtuber might not notice it's an RP and take offense.
One group knows they are professional entertainers in front of an audience, the other group are a bunch of loose canons who might or might not explode at the next moment.
