However, because I already planned the hike to be two days, I'm not entirely sure if I want to spend more money on booking a one night for the day before the hike or if I'm better off taking the 0645 bus from Shinjuku to the 5th station. That way I can just spend my money and recover at an onsen resort and reflect on my retarded choices for the next few days. I'm also organizing this shit as a family trip which makes things more expensive and more problematic
