They do get paid a lot. Last Cover IR states that they paid 39 million dollars to the talents for a year. That is 430k on average (though a lot of the money is skewed towards the most popular ones).

She needs to clean the room first before putting a hunk bed or something like that which not going to happen when she feels comfortable sitting on her bed anyway, the problem with the room isn't the setup but you can't install soundproof in it that's why she make a new studio for streaming etc. also moving as whole family isn't something easy to do, location is a big issue and finding a place big enough for family house while also on a strategic place in the middle of Tokyo is not an easy task.
