Iofi got it because it made sense in Japanese (although it was ambiguous enough that google translated it as "I'm 9"). Pretty sure that's why she didn't get actually cancelled, because most of the casuals just saw the google translation and went "haha, Pika's 9 that's funny".
Although before then she's talked about buying Comic LO (and being emberrassed to bring it to the cashier), but again I imagine most EOP don't know what that is even if they saw the tweet.
