Artia came close as some people still consider her the "main antagonist of hololive," although her short tenure saved her from dethroning Nyanners.
Some other VSh*jo's are really hated like Froot (for backstabbing /k/, backstabbing 4chan seems to be a trend among Vsh*jo), but none comes close to the pink cat. Hating Kiara is just a meme, and she still gets plenty of love on here. It's just fun to make fun of her since she's an easy target.
