Fittingly, the two of them were the ones who pushed the hardest to finally get the niji holo collabs going.
Though occasionally you'll hear Mint or the other ex-nijis casually talk about how that place breaks you down mentally. The managers were constantly on their asses, but only to call them worthless for not getting higher numbers. There wasn't really any support either on the logistical side or HR, so it was basically Lord of the Flies with them self governing through mob rule. They'd even reach out to other companies or have specific girls requested for projects only for them to be denied with no explanation. Pomu getting denied when a record label wanted her was the final straw that made her quit.
Holo and Niji often have the same staff related issues like projects getting canceled or getting ghosted, but there was clearly a difference in how everything was handled and how the members were treated.
Oh, and as a final aside, Doki never mentions Niji and never alludes to it or what happened in there specifically, but whenever a character in a game complains about favoritism or employees being treated differently, she lets out a noticeable, sarcastic laugh.
