Mouse is basically getting a big boost in monthly listeners cause she's featured on a track with an artist with a much larger listener base that's basically going to temporary inflate her monthly base for a while, however it's not actually sustainable. It has nothing to do with an algo and everything to do with another guy who has a much larger following's fans seeing he's featured in a new song and checking it out
A similar thing happens to Kobo last year where Midnight Mayori and III both featuring her caused her Monthly Listeners to inflate like crazy despite the fact she hadn't actually released any new music of her own
