People do say she has changed, and she has, but I prefer to calling it growing. She started vtubing in her early 20s and now she's in her late 20s. People do change and get additional personality in their 20s. For people still watching her, the 'old' her is clearly in there still and is very visible through her love for gaming, vocaloid, anime etc..
