Elira and Selen are probably the best two Nijisanji in my opinion. They're the best at the actual streaming part of being in a streamer for each of their waves like keeping up commentary, being funny, interacting with chat, talking about random shit in an interesting way. Then on top of that they both have stand out skills with Elira being very strong at singing and Japanese and Selen with her Apex. I didn't watch the new holos so can't really say for them.
This made me think though a vtuber simulator game like idol manager would probably be really fun. You take control of your own agency, scout new talents, raise them up into god vtubers, try to game the algorithm and make it to the top of the industry.
