But kson's manager is on kson's payroll, for finances she has an (famous) accountant, etc. She also has connections to JP merch companies and good connections to artists. So for kson there aren't many cons, because she can just leave and go on. If she keeps a good relationship to the JP CEO even better for her to benefit from his connections.
Biggest question is whether this affects her con appearances, but these days indies are pretty common, compared to the past.
Henya I don't know. She feels a lot less self sufficient and probably relies more on VShojo. But she can manage.
Bigger question is what happens to Nova.
