>>102537401It's clear that Cover is not always the best place for everyone to work at, and that the rapid growth they've had over the years have come with it's own challenges, both for the company and the talents, and have turned some off, like Shion and Aqua who had both been talking about how they missed when it was just a dozen girls working out of a hole in the wall, some time before their graduations.
And while it's sad that some of the girls we've come to love don't feel like it's the right place for them any more, it's also clear that they at least enjoyed their time there enough to not make it a thing they need to vent about.
And I'd much rather they go on to find a model that works for them, than try and stay in a place that clearly isn't working for them.
Cover is far from perfect, but they at least seem to be trying to run things as professionally as possible.
It's sad to see this happen to Vshojo, because at least from the outside, it did seem to offer a good option for people who anted something more than just being indie, but also wanted something different from what the more traditional corporations could offer, and a lot of the girls seemed to genuinely believe in the idea.
