As someone who has watched and followed Vtubers both indie and corpo for seven years now, I honestly do not get your point. If she was from a western corpo, sure, as she would probably be recieving little support.
Not that I don't think she could handle herself as Indie, she could, but what is so good that warrants throwing away the corpo support? What can an Indie do that a corpo tuber can't? She's not mainly a streamer over an idol/musician either so less of that work and more streaming liberty time wouldn't matter.
