They build their entire retarded business strategy on COVID numbers that were already clearly out of date by the time they officially opened the org.
It's impossible to pay enough staff to handle finances, sponsor contracts, merch deals and general management duties for all talents with just a cut from merch sales.

That inherently voids NDAs in the US and I'm pretty sure every other Western country. The issue isn't whether the NDAs were actually enforceable (most NDAs aren't) it's that these are all youngish people who have little experience of the real world and are easily manipulated. They already have creditors that they collectively owe hundreds of thousands to (at least two talents have talked about six figure sums so if that's the case with all of them then it's likely to be over a million). They've clearly been moving what little money they have around, robbing Peter to pay Paul.
