There's no interaction with chat or build up, it's literally another paragraph of lore being added that the came up with on the spot to make things more convenient for them. Ina forcing Sana to be part of her lore gives her less freedom to work on her own lore because now she has to worry about not talking about with stuff that will contradict with Sana. Ina used to avoid talking about lore as if it was a warcrime when it was just her, and now she will have to worry even more if she wants to keep up with his friend's ideas.
