It keeps growing back, so it becomes a constant thought in the back of your mind of "I will need to shave again soon", which can then very easily drift into "why even bother if it'll just grow back anyway and no one will see it?"
If you don't build a habit around it (which is hard for zoomies) it's so annoying to deal with I can really imagine Filian just doesn't shave body hair for a while if she doesn't leave her place anyway. (Which is hot.)
