Gender segregation helps filter people into their safe spaces thereby reducing cultural chafing. Having a general board contains circlejerks. International vtubers have their own exclusive fanbases so an international containment board will give them space to throw shit at each other in moon runes. They also need a general board to keep their circlejerking faggots contained.
