IIRC he just denied that he was Omega and admitted that jumping ship from Cover to Vshojo was a massive mistake. He didn't really address Kaho's claims at all, especially the ones of a rogue company employee that was doxxing his own talents,

Covering up a crime is a crime.

He knew that the talents are being stolen from and didnt report it to the authorities, its fraud with monetary intent as he was being paid himself.
The talents are responsible too though, i cant wrap myself around everybody being fine with what was going on.
