My guess is that bao just sent her a really tall model (probably based on a 2d model which for some reason vtubers like to make freakishly tall with infinite legs), and that instead of scaling the model down to match her real height, they just scale baos tracking positions up, so the suit is correctly positioned in the space, but the individual tracking points across the suit are scaled up to match the size of the model.
