Someone in ID management had the wonderful idea to stop the ID girls from focusing on their English-speaking audience and focus on their native speaker fans instead. Reine followed suit and it was a huge mistake. Now ID is fucked, save for Kaela who instead doubled down.

I think the ID girls have just grown as much as they possibly can. There are only so many Indonesians with the free time and desire to watch vtubers. Obviously the idea was that other countries watch them too, but they're already catered to and that accent is just god-awful.
