Miko is closer to Kuzuha than she is to Marine or Pekora, and I'm not talking about their proximity as people but rather, that if being a hyper popular vtuber was a spectrum with Marine and Kuzuha on either end, Miko is closer to Kuzuah. It's that one meme of "every games is either X or X" every popular vtuber is either Kuzuha or Marine.
Marine is cringe and dumb, in an endearing way obviously, but most of her projects still have a very "could a depressed person make this" kind of vibe, she's self indulgent to an extreme extend and it really doesn't take much to get her to drop her guard and just open up in the most random of scenarios, she's very open with who she is as a person and most of her career is a balancing act between transparent self indulgence and the checking of boxes that comes with being a popular vtuber, but at the very end her popularity is bend into something fitting for her, it's a tool that she uses to engage with art in the way she wants to do so. Meanwhile on other end you have someone like Kuzuha who can barely come across as a person, like he IS alive, I guess, but there's hardly anything that you could pin point as particularly his. His characterization is painfully generic and he doesn't seem to be particularly pasionte about anything, he's just doing whatever is expected of him at any give turn, in many ways Miko is the same, at a surface level it might appear that is far more unique, but she's simply a Kuzuha that's hololive flavored, she completely gave up on creating be it intentionally or not, any kind of friction between her and her audience, in ways that Marine and Pekora still do, if Kuzuha is devoid of personality in a way that's fitting for the environment that is Nijisanji, Miko is very much the same for Hololive, painful lakcing in opinions, dull and safe, she is a Showa idol in the Reiwa era, out of time but full or charm in way that's too artificial, which kinda sucks because wasn't like this before, but I guess having a steady career was more important than having a personality
