>>103007088I can *always* hear my own heartbeat if I lie down on my left ear and sometimes too on my right. I can also feel it against my own fingers if I leave my hand flat somewhere, so I often can't sleep without leaving my hands hanging weirdly. This is all while having low blood pressure, if my blood pressure is high I can feel and hear my own heartbeat against my chest and in my ear compeltely without any special occassion or condition, just standing around. Is that not normal for others?
