Meanwhile in CouncilRyS, I don't think I need to say about Sana but Kronii and, to lesser degree, Mumei, weren't stream consistently at the time. At the other hand, while Fauna and IRyS are already good as they are today (at least until her graduation for Fauna's case), Bae was still not used to streaming which make her kinda annoying at the time. Not to mention they got capped hard by Omegatranny's retardation. Also, it was worth to mention there weren't many vtuber, corpos and indies, able to fill the pure CGDCT niche the Holofag crave for since HoloEN in entirely stream so sparingly because they lacked members to fill it.
All of those combinations above make Lazudya's livers to shine somehow, notably Pomu, Selen, and Rosemi, and fill the gap left by Holo, at least before Luxiem debuted (some say the downfall had already began since Ethyria)
TL;DR: they were remembered as the good time for NijiEN because HoloEN was in their dark age and Lazudya able to provide the solution at the time + they weren't their homo cocksleeve at yet
