Her situation one of the only questions I have now. Everyone else has come out about how the company didn't pay them (Talents, artists, etc). The company itself is bankrupted now, and they won't be shipping any merch. No one is getting paid, no one is getting their orders, and employees/officers will likely be protected because it was "the company" and not them that owes the money. That's all basically settled.
The "new" stuff coming out about Mel... Her silence so far, being the only person not to really say anything and not straight up say they were owed money, may be telling. She's probably under direction of he lawyer to not say shit.
This, plus how this will go down legally with the charity fraud are what I'm still curious about.
