That if you are with them, you are a perfect timeless being as well. But you're not. If she was real, you'd both still be subject to aging. This piece, while again, not visually super appealing, conveys the message that their love is true and goes deeper than lust. That the artist in question wants a lifelong experience with his oshi. It's incredibly endearing in that way. No matter what she looks like, she's still Pekora, and that's all that matters.
I feel like I tapped into this artist's autism. This is actually making me tear up from how cute it is on an emotional level. Fuck me.
