She went ahead and did things before some of them were ever contacted by management. Which when you look at the timeline and how she didn't give management much time meant that she did not give a fuck, but did her best to act like a victim all the same. You can't do this in any corporation and you can't even do it as an indie, not just legally but it's a really shitty move that will get you a bad reputation.
