The sisters want the same thing decent people want, but for the opposite reason. Decent people want her to leave Niji because they support her, or at the very least do not support the company; while the sisters want her to leave Nijisanji because of their full-throated support of the company, and because she isn't sacrificing her reputation and mental health for the benefit of the company's shareholders.
