Not includimg Hitomi Chris, JP had 37 members all hired within about 3 years. On the flip side, there's been a total of 18 hired on the EN side in 5, a third of which aren't with the company anymore. The thing that pumps everyone up are the cool events hosted by talents l, and EN has NEVER had a chance to really get it rolling because they have always had half or worse the size of JP's talent roster. It's fine when a two thirds of the branch doesn't want to participate in something like the Minecraft event (and buildup) that happened last week, because that means there's still 10 talents hanging out for multiple weeks collaborating and popping in to each others streams. 7dtd was probably the closest we will ever get to an actual branch event game hosted by a talent themselves for EN, which is sad. It was a fun time and I wish we could get more like it.
