Do it enough times so that she'll be thinking about it at night and get embarrassed, keep doing it every time you meet so that you'll be forcing her to remember your conversations at night which will lead to her thinking about you a lot and wanting the conversations to go differently which will lead to her seeking you out in order to try and "win".
As long as you can keep that level of safe innuendo and not go to the weird level for her, but allowing her to be safe in her mistakes, I think she'll want to be around you which is a start in forming a relationship.
You also need to work out, have a decent career, good skillset as a man (cook, fix things, etc) and a desire to do extroverted things. She's clearly interested in trends and trying new things so you'd need to be able to do them and keep up with them.
