Well for one, it aired when half of the fans of the Justice with the highest average CCV were mostly asleep, and it being a pre-recorded collab meant waiting to watch the VOD wasn't a big deal.
There's also a non-zero fraction of fans of 3 of them who just don't watch anything with Liz. Might not be significant but it's a thing.

Hololive sold all their EN concert tickets in 2023 with a 6000 seat venue while they couldn't do that in 2025. The graduation wave did hurt them and they have lost fans over 2 years. They have many casual fans but they won't spend money on idol concerts.

ERB got 57k CCV while the Justice 3D collab got 26k. There are definitely viewers getting culled by YouTube but that goes both ways. The EN indie vtubers now have lower numbers as well.
