Azki leaving would be on the level of Chloe. Sad, but people would move on.
rbc - maybe Mel level? Hardly matters.
Suisei - this would be big. It would be a normie level event like with Coco and would cause a massive fuss. This would actually impact cover financially in the long run.
Miko - absolutely massive impact. Not only has she been in the top 3 most viewed streamers for over 4 years now, but her leaving would leave a massive impact on loads of holos who she's very close with. Large scale holo depression event similar to when Coco left, but longer lasting.
And most importantly - pekora would lose her rival and her motivation to stream.
Now, losing someone who has already been making plans with other Holomem for starting a retirement home for holos, or talking about setting up a Holo-grannies group will make all her friends give up on their futures with hololive. So we are looking at a mass exodus of the old guard - mio, fbk, Subaru, koone, okayu, ayame, sui(maybe?). At this point the second circle of talents (marine, noel, Watame, botan, polka, nene, Lamy, flare, towa, lui, Azki, etc.) will also probably decide to quit.
So holo will be in the hands of the new gen (La+, regloss etc.) and oldies who are quite detached from it all (choco, rbc), and maybe pekora if she survives the crash and burn
