How is it her fault that Apek took money from pre-orders but didn't order them to be manufactured?
Oh and if you wanna say "Just produce them then!".
They need to find out where to ship the merch cause that is private data.
They need to find out who actually paid and differentiate between people who may want to profit and say "Yeah, I ordered merch and paid for it" when they didnt pay and hope to get freebies.
They need to find out how many.
This is some stupid law and data shit which takes time if it is even solvable at all cause VShoujo should have the data of the people who ordered but who knows if they even have the invoices and receipts of orders.
I know people love to rrat but this is far beyond Henya's control.
