Gigi doesn't organize events/tournaments/concerts, play ranked FPS games religiously, is in contact or friends with pretty much every esports player/staff that matters, constantly working with corporations on silly collabs, always focusing on promoting artists and animators and working with them for her channel, have a constant supply of interesting people willing to actually grief her back in collabs, or start each stream talking about what her bratty dog did that day.
Gigi I'm sure has plenty of her own charms, though, so there's no reason to tear one down in favor of the other and I'm not sure why you're even comparing them.
You can like Gigi for Gigi's charms, and the dragoons will like Doki for Doki's.
