I think it's probably the company direction shit. Calli started off disliking working for a corpo whereas Gura started off very optimistic and enthusiastic, but it seems that over the years their stances on this flipped. Gura got disillusioned and started to hate the management, Calli probably started to "suck up" to the management in Guras eyes.
Shit like this happens, doesn't mean they hate each other or whatever.
