As the talent directly involved with the charity, and thus either her or her direct management team/orbiters were in semi-frequent contact with the IDF. The idea that the IDF at no point asked where the money was is possible, but unlikely. Also, her being the one to blow the whistle and then start another charity drive - it glows.
