I think that's also why there were several different kinds of mixed gender collabs floated early on, like the brother/sister thing with KobAlt or Boomer/Zoomer with Vesper and Bae as well as the group collabs with Mori, Kronii, Vesper and Magni.Cover was encouraging HoloPro unity but management wasn't behind all of that. The talents in both Hololive and Holostars were trying to find collab combinations that would bring in new viewers. The behind the scenes fights with management eventually caused that to fall apart but in the second half of 2022 the EN branch did make their best attempt at unity.

Contract negotiations for a redesign hit a brick wall, similar to Shion, and that is why she had that sudden graduation. That 3 of the EN talents didn't like their heavily sexualized designs they had zero input on wouldn't be that much of a shock.

Why do you think Cover would update their corporate policy on letting talents have creative input on their model design? The obvious answer is that it was a huge contract issue with Myth and Council that got bad enough that even Japanese management decided they couldn't keep doing the same thing. Kiara even said that she was glad that Myth helped with that change so that future gens could have input on their designs. That sure feels like it was a huge issue if all the EN gens, including Tempus, were asking Cover for the same thing. If Yagoo had worked out a deal for all of the model redesigns in 2022 most of the EN graduations could have been avoided.

Vesper had no reason to rock the boat after getting a 2.0 design unless he got involved with contract negotiations for a different talent that also wanted a redesign.
