Even if a man gets elbowdropped he can seriously hurt, but Filian is a woman. Women have a much weaker body. They are very fragile. Even if Filian is built different, she is still female so she can get seriously hurt. Mini isn't a professional so she didn't brace or hit properly or anything. She elbowdropped for real. Filian even made two scathing comments on it.
The first one was that she was immortal because she was a PNG. This was sarcasm and was Filian basically telling Mini "hey! I'm a girl and real! Even if you see me doing things that make me seem strong, this is all something I have practiced! I am REAL, not a cartoon!
And then later she actually said something along the line of "that really hurt"/it really hurt.
So she probably bruised a rib or something.

Unlike Filian she doesn't have the actual training for it, not does she seem to have any practice with how to do it with other people. Basically, she is VERY dangerous.
